Business Development Key Account Manager

Frankfurt or Hamburg Full-time Allows remote

At Artificial Solutions, the leading specialist in Natural Language Interaction (NLI), we have created Teneo, the most conversational AI platform in existence. In order to empower our Sales team, we are now hiring a Key Account Development Manager to be based in Germany, ideally Frankfurt or Hamburg.

The position will focus upon:

  • Develop business and grow revenue with existing Artificial Solutions accounts
  • Identify and close new use cases powered by Teneo in different business lines within the client
  • Understand how a company can empower its business thanks to Teneo
  • Build relationships at multiple seniority and functional levels in order to understand customer challenges, requirements and to best position Teneo
  • Regular forecasting and updates via Salesforce

 Previous Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of successful Sales, Account Management or Account Development experience in a fast paced and international, technology environment
  • Demonstrate passion for disruptive technology
  • Love to speak with people and find out who they are and what they need
  • Good understanding of business processes

 Languages:

  •  Business fluency in German and English, both verbally and written is a must
  • Any other languages will be a plus

 Other Skills:

  •  Ability to build relationships with cross functional and seniorities/levels
  • Ability to communicate/demonstrate tangible business benefits offered by the Teneo platform
  • Ability to quickly grasp, understand and learn new technical skills and programs
  • Friendly, customer facing oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
