Our US operations are growing fast - indeed we now have offices in Mountain View, California and Chicago, Illinois – and to support our sales and partner relations teams we are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Field Marketing Specialist, US to join our Marketing Team.

Reporting to the CMO, the Field Marketing Specialist, US will be an important member of the Sales and Marketing team providing marketing support and lead generation to help direct sales and partner relations teams meet their sales targets.

This will include – but not limited to - working closely with the CMO and rest of the Marketing team to implement targeted, lead generation across our strategic target accounts, advising, supporting and nurturing the sales teams with social selling activities and providing marketing resources to help accelerate opportunities through the sales pipeline.

The role will be based in Mountain View, CA.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of the marketing team to develop and implement a tactical marketing plan that delivers highly qualified sales leads and marketing support to the relevant regional direct sales teams in the US plus support to the Partner relations team and, where appropriate, the partner channel itself.

The position will focus upon:

  • Act as a ‘go-to’ point of contact for Sales (and Partner Sales) in the US, interfacing between the sales & marketing function at a tactical sales level
  • Work closely with the US direct and partner sales teams to implement field marketing campaigns and marketing support that result in the direct generation of high quality sales leads in our strategic target accounts. These activities might include but not be limited to running data-driven email campaigns, social media campaigns, managing telemarketing activities, organizing executive briefings or managing attendance at exhibitions.
  • Develop an effective prospect nurturing program and work with the rest of the marketing team to implement
  • Ensure, Marketo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator are correctly updated and managed to allow for effective tracking of leads as they progress through the sales process. Identify issues and advise on improvements to further improve the sales conversion rates
  • As part of a small, close-working marketing team, from time to time assume responsibilities for new marketing projects and initiatives



Experience & Skills:

  • The successful candidate is likely to have 2-5 years’ experience working in the software marketing space, having developed and implemented tactical Marketing Campaign Plans that support effective B2B lead generation
  • Experience and knowledge of the highly dynamic, disruptive AI and/or natural language interaction sector would be an advantage
  • Highly motivated, self-starting and enthusiastic. A creative person with high energy, broad vision and a strong results orientation
  • An enthusiasm to bring new ideas to the table and work as part of an innovative marketing team to make a real difference in our business
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to express his/her ideas clearly and enthusiastically


  • English: Fluent both written and spoken
  • Other languages a plus
