IT Recruiter

Artificial Solutions is now looking for a bright and enthusiastic IT Recruiter to join the HR team in the Barcelona Headquarter.

As an IT Recruiter, you will support the HR team in bringing in high caliber talents for various types and levels of roles within Artificial Solutions. You will be involved in the full recruitment process and will be liaising with candidates, recruitment agencies, hiring managers and peers to follow up recruitment processes to completion.

The position will focus on:

  • Working with the HR team to develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each role
  • Attracting top talent candidates by publishing on job sites, social media, groups, universities career sites, etc
  • Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work;
  • Conducting screening and in-depth interviews with potential candidates (Skype and face-to-face).
  • Organizing interviews with the hiring managers and other appropriate colleagues (Skype and face-to-face).
  • Preparing and presenting recruitment reports to all relevant parties
  • Using and maintaining recruitment systems deployed to support the recruitment process ensuring that all data is accurate and up to date.
  • Conducting check references
  • On-boarding new hires
  • Undertaking any other ad-hoc projects

Experience and Competencies:

  • Min 3 years of significant recruitment experience in Recruitment 2.0, referral search, headhunting, from either in-house or recruitment agency.
  • Previous experience in recruiting different profiles for IT indutry companies is a MUST
  • Good computer skills

  • Very good presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to lead hiring managers through the recruiting process in a timely manner
  • Positive, dynamic, proactive and eager to learn new things
  • Adaptable, able to keep cool in fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Meticulous, structured and feel at home in a multicultural working atmosphere.

Languages:

  • English: Fluent both written and spoken
  • Command of one or more other European languages is a PLUS
