The growth of our enterprise customer base will be driven primarily by a limited number of highly strategic global partners who occupy the position of leading technology consultants, system integrators, software providers and contact center specialists. 

We are looking for an experienced Partner Enablement Manager to cover our global partner channel, based in the UK and reporting to our Chief Operating Officer.

As a Partner Enablement Manager within AS you will have a hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day management of the Company’s partner channel in support of the strategic objective of developing and expanding this capability to grow the revenue, profitability and scalability of the business. The Partner Enablement Manager function operates on a worldwide basis and encompasses a variety of partner types including global system integrators, outsourcing business and specialist technical companies.

You will:

  • Establish formal lines of communication including regional contacts for larger partners.
  • Mutually agree on a development plan leading to Partner self-sufficiency with our technology.
  • Manage and monitor the partner lead registration process.
  • Work directly with all partners (until the number of partners necessitates an assistant is necessary) and across all company departments.
  • Enable the provision of regular communications to partners (individually and in groups) covering a range of different AS functions including Marketing, Sales and Pre-Sales, Customer Services, Support and Hosting, Product Development and Finance.
  • Organize services (including commercial factors) in support of learning curve progression.
  • Respond to relevant requests and align company resources where needed, seeking appropriate authorization if outside agreed terms.
  • Organize and manage an annual partner conference when the company’s partner community is big enough.

Position Requirements


  • Mandatory requirements:
    • Degree in Business or Management, or similar.
    • 3 years direct working experience as a partner manager or equivalent.
    • Demonstrable success, with metrics, in previous relevant roles.
    • International business management experience.
    • Partner portal management.
    • Sales lead registration and management.
  • Desirable requirements:
    • 5 years or more working as a partner manager or equivalent within the IT sector.
    • Working with large (global) professional services businesses.
    • Partner portal design, development and launch.
    • Sales lead registration system experience including well-known software packages.


  • English at native level is mandatory.
  • A second language is desirable.
